StringLoom prepares your reply on our servers, where we can access the content; Google processes your mailbox through Gmail and the selected content in the Gemini request, Telegram sees the approval card with your mailbox, recipients and reply body, and the approved reply is sent only after you approve the exact mailbox, sending identity, recipients and body. A configured business address is sent by that domain’s mail provider, and Gmail’s Sent folder will not contain that copy.
